My journey into craftsmanship began at a young age, fueled by a curiosity about how things are built. A memorable moment from my childhood in Sofia, Bulgaria, was when I designed and built a custom light fixture to complement the tropical plants in my room. Using metal wire, coir rope, and half coconuts with LED bulbs, I created a unique piece of art that surprised my mother.

In 2009, at 21, I moved to Chicago and started working as a maintenance technician for a property management company overseeing more than 400 units. This role required a broad skill set, as the company preferred to handle all services in-house. Over time, I advanced from Tech 4 to Tech 1, gaining hands-on experience in maintenance, client communication, and job management. I was proud to contribute to the company's growth, assisting with the acquisition and management of a sister property, which expanded our portfolio to over 1,000 units.

Seizing an opportunity to address cleaning challenges, I founded a cleaning company that grew to employ over 30 people. In 2019, my wife and I relocated to Los Angeles and launched a general handyman business, which quickly expanded to include realtor services. Today, we proudly serve over 1,000 loyal clients and have built strong partnerships with professionals who share our passion. I am incredibly grateful for my wonderful family, our thriving business, and the opportunity to continue growing together.
